Shipping

At Ethiopian Aesthetics, we want your order to arrive safely and within a reasonable timeframe. This page explains how we process and ship orders.

We currently ship from the United States to the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and selected countries in Africa, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods such as new product drops, holidays, or promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. 

Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

U.S. Shipping

For orders shipping within the United States, you will see current options and prices at checkout. These typically include:

• Standard Shipping with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after the order has shipped

            •           Expedited Shipping with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days after shipment

Total time to receive your order is order processing time plus carrier transit time. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Free Standard Shipping may be available on qualifying orders, with the applicable offer displayed on our website or during checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your destination and the size or weight of your order. 

In general, most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days for Canada and Europe, 10–18 business days for the Middle East and Australia, and 10–20 business days for Africa, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean. 

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary based on customs processing, local postal performance, and other factors outside our control. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted international shipping above a certain order value. Any such offers will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs office or postal service. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated. The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required for delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only, minus any return shipping or handling fees charged to us by the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please check the carrier’s website first, then contact us if you still need help.

Delays and Carrier Issues

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, peak season volumes, customs inspections, or carrier issues. 

If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please check your tracking information and confirm that your shipping address is correct. You can then contact us at support@ethiopianaesthetics.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will assist you.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a collection point, we can reship the order once you have paid the new shipping cost, or refund the product cost only, minus any return shipping or handling fees charged to us by the carrier. Original shipping costs are not refundable in these cases.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will update this policy if the situation changes.
