At Ethiopian Aesthetics, we want you to shop with confidence.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and transparent through our online Returns Portal.
How to Start a Return
For U.S. Customers
1. Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of your shipment date. The link is provided at the bottom of this page.
2. Enter your order number and ZIP code to access your order details.
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose your reason for return.
4. A prepaid return label will be generated for you instantly.
5. Attach the label securely to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
• All products must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
• Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be denied and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions:
• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For International Customers
We gladly accept international returns within 30 days of delivery.
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
How to Start a Return
1. Email support@ethiopianaesthetics.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Use a trackable shipping service of your choice to return your items.
4. Ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
All return shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
U.S. Customers
1. Visit our Returns Portal and select “Exchange” as your return reason.
2. Choose your preferred replacement item (size, color, or style).
3. A prepaid return label will be provided for your original item.
4. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship the replacement immediately.
5. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
International Customers
1. Contact support@ethiopianaesthetics.com to request an exchange.
2. Our team will confirm item availability and provide the return address.
3. Use a trackable service to return your item.
4. Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll ship your replacement.
(If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
1. Check your bank or card account again, some institutions take additional days to post refunds.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, processing times vary.
3. Check your email for confirmation from Ethiopian Aesthetics confirming your refund.
4. If you’ve completed all the steps above and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@ethiopianaesthetics.com with your order number and refund details for assistance.
